Throughout these Terms of Service, “VOLWER”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GLOBULIZE INDUSTRIES LLP.

By accessing our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General conditions

VOLWER operates an online clothing and fashion retail store serving customers within India.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability or violations of applicable law. Any payment collected for an order cancelled by us will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We do not discriminate unlawfully or restrict statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and descriptions

VOLWER offers clothing and related fashion products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colours, sizes, descriptions, materials and prices accurately.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and display technology.

Customers should review the available size charts, product descriptions and care instructions before placing an order.

We may update product descriptions, availability and prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect the agreed price of an already confirmed order unless a correction is required by applicable law or agreed with the customer.

Products supplied must conform to their descriptions and applicable consumer protection requirements.

3. Pricing and taxes

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes are included in or disclosed alongside prices as required by law.

VOLWER currently offers free shipping on all orders within serviceable locations in India.

The final payable amount will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Discounts, promotional offers and coupon codes may be subject to stated eligibility conditions, validity periods and usage restrictions.

We will not impose undisclosed charges after order confirmation.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication channel.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may subsequently verify payment, stock availability, serviceability and order details before dispatch.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate refund of any amount collected.

We may contact you to verify an order or resolve incomplete information.

5. Payments

VOLWER accepts payment methods made available through its website checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations, subject to checkout availability.

Online payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

VOLWER does not ask customers to share card PINs, CVVs, banking passwords or OTPs through email, phone calls or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for using authorised payment methods and providing accurate payment information.

If a transaction fails but funds are debited, contact us with the transaction details so we can assist with verification and resolution.

6. Shipping and delivery

VOLWER currently delivers products within India only.

• Shipping charges: Free shipping.

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from order confirmation, including processing.

• Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• International shipping: Not currently available.

• COD: Available on eligible orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier disruptions, weather, remote locations, incomplete addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

VOLWER provides eligible customers with a return request window of 7 working days after delivery.

For normal returns involving size, fit or change of mind, the product must satisfy the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

A ₹50 return charge per return request applies to eligible normal returns arranged through us.

No return charge applies to valid claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products supplied by us.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

• Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method.

• COD orders: Refund to a verified bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

• Refund initiation: Within 5 working days of approval, or sooner where required by applicable law.

• Bank processing: Typically an additional 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and delivery serviceability.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

8. Order cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting VOLWER as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur a cancellation fee.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation depends on whether the shipment can be intercepted. Otherwise, the applicable return process may apply.

If VOLWER cancels an order because of stock unavailability, fulfilment failure or another reason attributable to us, any amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded in full.

9. Customer accounts

Customers may be able to create or access accounts through our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised activity.

You agree not to impersonate another person, misuse customer accounts or provide false information.

We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security threats or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

All VOLWER branding, logos, original product photographs, graphics, website designs, written content and other intellectual property owned by VOLWER or used under licence are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse the website and use its content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or misrepresent our protected content without appropriate authorisation.
