Shipping Policy

Delivery coverage and charges

VOLWER currently delivers within India to locations serviceable by our delivery partners. Shipping is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible, serviceable orders; availability is shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from order confirmation, including order processing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, severe weather, disruptions, address issues and unusually high order volumes may cause delays. We will communicate a revised estimate when a material delay becomes known.

If we cannot fulfil an order or you seek cancellation because delivery exceeds the agreed schedule, contact us for assistance, cancellation and any applicable refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Dispatch and tracking

Once dispatched, available tracking details will be sent to your registered contact details. Courier tracking may take time to reflect the first movement. Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address. Changes depend on the order's dispatch status and courier capability. If delivery fails, we will help coordinate another attempt or an appropriate resolution. We do not apply an undisclosed redelivery or return-to-origin fee.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

If a parcel appears tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us. If you discover damage, missing contents or a wrong item after accepting delivery, please contact us promptly with your order number and available photographs. An unboxing video is helpful if available but is not mandatory to raise a valid complaint. We will investigate with the delivery partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without charging a return fee for our or the courier's error.
